Terms
Effective October 1, 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and the person who operates Legasee (“Legasee”, “we”). The service is the private album site at legasee.online. Write to us at support@legasee.online.
Age
You must be at least 18, and able to make a contract where you live. We do not ask for your birth date. Checking the box on signup is your statement that you are 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we close it and delete it.
The service
Legasee keeps albums of photos, with the place and time of each photo, and the comments people leave. An album is shown to you and to the people you share it with. There is no public feed. We can change or stop parts of the service.
What we store, and who else receives it, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, comments, and other material you submit. You give Legasee permission to host, store, back up, and show that material so the service can run: to you, to the people you shared that album with, and to us when we review a report or enforce these terms. That permission ends when the material is deleted from the service, except for a copy the law requires us to keep.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including other people in the photos. Do not upload anything illegal. Sexual exploitation of a minor is prohibited, and a report of it is reviewed urgently.
Rules
Do not harass people, post hate or threats of violence, send spam, or try to break the service. We may remove material, and we may suspend or ban an account. You can report content and block people.
Premium
Premium is optional. It costs $5 USD per month, billed by Stripe until you cancel, plus any tax Stripe or the law adds. Storage limits are the ones shown in Settings, and we can change them.
You cancel from Settings, then Manage subscription. Premium stays on your account until the end of the period you have already paid. We do not refund that period, and we do not refund any earlier period.
Deleting your account is separate from canceling. The subscription ends immediately, your albums and photos are deleted, and the current period is not refunded.
If a payment fails, Premium can stay in place while Stripe retries the charge. When the subscription ends, the account returns to the free plan.
Closing an account
You can delete your account in Settings. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The sections on your content, on liability, and on the law that governs these terms still apply after the account ends.
Availability and liability
Legasee is provided as available. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, or that a photo will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow that kind of limit. Where they do not, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.
Changes
We can update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change is material, we may ask you to agree again before you keep using Legasee.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts of the state where the operator of Legasee lives. Consumer protections that your own country requires still apply.
